What is SWACURH?

The Southwest Affiliate of the National Association of College and University Residence Halls, Incorporated strives to be the ultimate, comprehensive resource for residence hall programming, leadership development, and improving residential life for all colleges and universities located in the states of Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Texas, and the country of Mexico.

How can I register?

Registration is easy! Just click here to access our registration page and learn more about how to register.

 

 

 

 

Where will we be staying?

There are various locations in which y'all could be staying. It is up to your NCC and NCC advisor to decide. Even so, we have a list of possible locations. Click here to view them.

 

 

 

 

What should I bring?

The conference lasts 4 days and 3 nights, so pack accordingly. Be sure to bring enough clothes, cash, medication, toothbrush, and other supplies that you may need. Remember that on Saturday we have the Conference Banquet, and everyone will be wearing business formal. If you are still not sure, we have a suggested list of items for you to bring to the conference located here.

 

 

 

Where can I submit a program?

For those who wish to submit a program, please fill out the Program Proposal Form, located here. Once completed, please have your advisor review and approve the program before submitting it through MaroonLink. Please stay within the guidelines and suggestions as discussed in the Programming Page. If you have any questions about the process, please feel free to contact the conference team at anytime.
